Thoughts are a well-spring of JOY.
When our thoughts are focused on the good things in life, they have the power to uplift our mood, enhance resilience, and inspire us to take action toward achieving positivity and overcoming self-doubt.
IDENTITY
Identity is realizing that we are each unique, beautiful, and divine. True Joy lies in knowing who we are. As we are no longer afraid to authentically express our true selves, we experience JOY.
KINDNESS
Kindness reflects back on those who are kind by filling their hearts hearts with Joy, strengthening their connection to God, and providing life purpose and fulfillment. Kindness has the potential to change someone's life by restoring hope, empowering, purely loving and instilling JOY.
JOURNEY
We all come from
different Journeys.
Our journey was given to each of us for a reason and to help others through theirs. We are here for every woman, at any stage in her journey, helping them find joy regardless how tough it may be.
HONESTY
Honesty begins with keeping your word to yourself, which leads to true confidence and lasting JOY as you develop a valuable sense of trust within your own heart.
CHOICE
Having our own agency to choose empowers us to make independent decisions, take responsibility for our actions, and live a life that aligns with God and our individual beliefs and aspirations. Choice is the power to live the kind of life we are inspired to live.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership provides unique opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of others, which brings an overwhelming sense of JOY. Through self - reflection and constant growth, individuals will naturally develop valuable skills that others want to emulate.
POWER OF WEAKNESS
This comes in our ability to recognize our own flaws and weaknesses. Then embrace them as a beautiful and important part of our learning and growth. This fosters humility, increases JOY, and enhances grace so that we no longer feel the need to judge or compete with others.
SERVICE
The purpose it brings as we selflessly serve others while we positively impact individuals and communities in need. Joy is brought about when we are willing to come out of our own struggles to recognize the needs of others. The intent and attitude in which we serve determines the depth of our JOY.

Love allows us to deeply connect with others; Faith gives us the courage to believe in something greater than ourselves; Hope fuels our dreams and instills a belief that better things are possible; and Charity is love, generosity, and kindness in their purest sense. Gratitude is at the heart of JOY. It is heartfelt appreciation for God's blessings, recognizing His kindness, and focusing on the positive aspects of life even through the normal grief and struggles we all experience. Having an attitude of gratitude is a powerful source of contentment and JOY.
